Instruction for Use:
Step 1: Machine measure armature’s imbalance automatically,
display the imbalance of each side on touch screen.
Stop at adding weight point (left) automatically, finish adding manually,
Step 2: Foot press to change to the next adding weight point (right),
finish adding manually, test again,
and complete balancing adjustment.

1. Why the balancing of armature take 7 minutes?

1. The method you operate is right by adding compound to one place on left side and right side,
and it takes several times by adding which makes the operation cost much time
2. Could you please send me the drawing of your armature and screens of your machine for us to
check the a,b,c value and setting is right ?
In actual operation balancing machine users don't use weight to measure the compound, they just feel
and add with experience.
2. Armature has a lot of unblance is not possible to get it in balance?
Your videos of balancing machine problem were checked,
Below is our suggestion,
1). Did you do remove weight balancing for the fan before amature balancing,
We suggest you remove weight of fan for balancing(drill hole on fan?) before you adding weight to armature
2). Please pay attention to the manufacturing process before balancing,
make sure lamination core without eccentricity, shaft no vibration, powder coating evenly, winding in a good way,
In total, the lamination surface runout need to be good,
The machine can show 4000mg, it is 4g, but it is better to let it do unbalancing below 1000mg
3). Please check your Adding weight compound, you may choose the one with more specific gravity,
Then with same space, it can acquire more weight
