Application:
This armature winder WIND-STR is a fast flyer coil winding machine for motor mass production
manufacturing of hook type commutator armature,Mixer,Vacuum cleaners, Hammers,Power tool...
Working Principle:
This fully automatic winding machine WIND-STR adapts double flyers structure, 2pcs Mitsubishi servo
motor drive the two flyers rotation, and 1pc Mitubishi indexing servo motor make sure the precise
indexing.
During working, the armature body is clamped tightly by left and right side two winding tooling and shaft
clamping device. When flyers are running, wire goes through the wire holder, tension device then enters
hollow spindle, comes out from wire sliding wheel, then the wire slides into the armature slot through flyer
wire guiding wheel. After this step, armature into the slot to do winding.
