In situation 2, the varnish tank don't move and don't need transmission, no drive needed,
Stator varnish machine which mainly applied to stator winding insulation treatmen composed of machine
body, water cooler chiller and varnish supply tank.
Question and Answer:
We cannot recycle the varnish because the varnish is thickened after the trickling process. The temp on
the armature surface is hot. The warm varnish is moving slowly inside the tubes of the trickling pump. I am
wondering if the chiller can help to thinner the varnish so that it can move more freely inside the tube.
In the stator varnish and armature rolling and dipping machine,chiller is helpful to solve above problem
Usually the varnish dipping machine for stator and rolling and dipping machine for armature need chiller,
Because the heated workpiece is in the varnish which transfer heat and rise varnish temperature,
The chiller will keep the varnish quality, no deterioration and thinner.
