1. Application and features
Press is applied in motor manufacturing, with features as below,

Press is two column structure, including steel structure, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic system, power system and electric control system, which work together through pipes and electric control system.
It is welded by steel plate, and the deformation stress is removed by vibration. Hydraulic system pump station is post-positioned, and hydraulic assembly is external installed, "ingenious design, reasonable appearance layout, easy maintenance." The hydraulic cylinder is fixed in the hole of top, locked with a screw and capped tightly.
It has one piston cylinder, head flange support, which is fixed in the installation hole by nuts. Cylinder body and piston rod are forged by 45 #, and piston rod is chrome plated (the surface is not easy to wear).
Hydraulic system includes cylinder, oil pump, control valves, pipes, oil box and other control accessories, which drive cylinder by electric control system, to drive slide working and finish its process.

High-pressure soft pipelines with flange connection, reliable sealing, and the anti-seismic pipe clamp is reasonably arranged.
5. Safety protection
1. Protection device for hydraulic system and motor
1.1 hydraulic system is equipped with overflow valve, which can prevent over pressure and protect mould and products.
1.2 Motor is equipped with fuse and air switches to prevent overload and short circuit.
1.3 Safety signs (safety operation warning signs) are affixed to the visible parts.
2. Protection device for electric system
2.1 Short-circuit protection of main circuit is realized directly by automatic air circuit breaker, and short-circuit protection of control circuit is realized by fuse.
2.2 The connection and disconnection of the cables are achieved through contactors and relays, so the machine can get low voltage protection of the line.
2.3 All electrical devices of the machine have safe and reliable grounding devices.
