Commutator Turning Machine Copper Burrs Remove For DC Motor With Copper Commutator

This turning machine is controlled by three axis, equipped with vertical pressing arm and deburring device to remove remianing copper burrs between commutator cracks after turning. 1meter feeding rack improves machine storage and reduces manual loading and unloading time.

 

Armature feeding direction can be customized, from left to right or right to left. Operator put armature in the feeding rack, then stepping cylinder will transfer armature to cutting station. After cutting, stepping cylinder will transfer armature to deburring device to do deburring. (Note: both cutting station and deburring station are equipped with dust collector outlet ). After this step, the whole turning process is finished, then stepping cylinder will transfer it to feeding rack. Machine will alarm and stop working if the feeding rack is full. It will resume to work while operator take away all the finished armature.
