Of all the motor applications, automotive motors are some of the most demanding and can benefit most

1. Automotive applications of motors include enclosures, vehicle components such as

Electrostatic powder coating is generally divided into three process, they are resin coating,
remove excess powder by scratching device of motor armature or stator surface, Curing.
The powder coating process be done on the electrostatic fluid bed,then the scratching deive
clean powder, after scraping, the armature/rotor or stators pass high-frequency induction heater
to curing, in this way, the powder can be applied to an object, bonding to the substrate and coalescing
into a smooth, continuous, essentially uniform, thick coating.
Use for resin 3M or AkzoNobel include moisture-proofing and insulating armatures, rotors, stators,
buss bars and other motor parts.
The electrostatic powder coating machine contains a powder recovery recyling device,
The device comprise a dust suction pipe disposed corresponding to the coating device,
The powder cleaning device and the device located in the electrostatic powder coating machine frame.
The separate dust suction pipes are concentrated to the total dusting collecting pipe.
The total dusting piple send powder to cyclone separator,
Upper of the cyclone separator is an outlet pipe, and lower end is a powder collecting piple which
connected to powder feeder.
