cutting width is usually stator stack length+ edge folded length *4 ,
for a motor frame size below 132, the edge folded usually is around 3.5mm
For example, if stack length is 80mm, the cutting width is around 80+14 = 94mm.
Question and Answer
Is it difficult to increase the "feeding length" from 100 mm to 200 mm for example?
1. For standard machine the feeding length must be less than 100mm,
and we checked your stator lamination which you sent on Jan. 6th, 2016, they are in the range.
2. Only to cut the insulation without edge folding is easy to set on machine,
You only need to ease the folding area by mechanical adjustment,
