1. Load Rectangular coil in auto feeder unit.
2. Straightening of coil
3. Stripping on Flat Top & bottom side of coil – Grinding method or cutting method
4. Stripping of Left & Right side of coil – Grinding method or cutting method
5. Chamfer forming in coil
6. Servo motor feeding
7. Cutting of coil – Required length
8. U Shape forming
9. Final shape forming twisting
10. Deliver Final pin to Gravity Chute

1. Mitsubishi PLC, WEINVEIW 10-inch touch screen.
2.Taiwan HIWIN linear guide and module, Delta servo motor line. Line length adjustment.
3. Taiwan Nicholas precision planetary reducer.
4. Taiwan AIRTAC pneumatic parts and solenoid valves.

2. Armature lamination drawing | To check the adpation of the formed wire which will be inserted to armature slot by machine or by hand |
3. Armature sample with formed wire inserted | To check and produce tooling according the actual sample |
