During the commutator slotting process, splashed copper chips are mixed in the air around the controller.
These chips of copper cut the circuit board and components of the controller at all times and cause a
short circuit between the wires! If an abnormal situation occurs during work, immediately stop working and
switch off the power quickly. Then use 4-6kg / cm pressure of dry compressed air blow off the control
board and the drive board copper cutting powder, make sure the circuit board and components without
copper cutting powder, and then restart the work.
It appears that the new commutator slotter is malfunctioning and I believe it is a programming issue. The
unit has been used for production for 5 days until today. For some reason, the plc does not stop the saw
and plate inverter once the last cut has been made. How do we get support from Shanghai Wind to get
this issue resolved?
