During the commutator slotting process, splashed copper chips are mixed in the air around the controller.

 

These chips of copper cut the circuit board and components of the controller at all times and cause a

 

short circuit between the wires! If an abnormal situation occurs during work, immediately stop working and

 

switch off the power quickly. Then use 4-6kg / cm pressure of dry compressed air blow off the control

 

board and the drive board copper cutting powder, make sure the circuit board and components without

 

copper cutting powder, and then restart the work.

It appears that the new commutator slotter is malfunctioning and I believe it is a programming issue. The

 

unit has been used for production for 5 days until today. For some reason, the plc does not stop the saw

this issue resolved?

The issue is caused by signal interference, please follow below step to solve it,
 
1. Switch off the machine, wait for 1 minutes
 
2. Power on the machine
 
3. Press ▲ button for 5 seconds to machine intial setting

To start the operation again, please do the optical detection, below is the steps for 'Optical detection for
