(1) Application

 

 

This armature testing machine test the armature with commutator bars below 96

 

Quick and accurate identification of rotor (armature) defects in the production process of welding, winding,

 

finishing, etc., and the location of the fault point, to facilitate the operator to repair the bad product.
 

 

a. For the small resistance of the welding resistance, the system adopts a direct measurement method

   

    and  truly reflects the welding condition of the commutator.


b. The voltage of the high voltage test is automatically adjusted and generated, stable and convenient.


c. Up to 3 sets of power frequency withstand voltage test meet the needs of various products.


d. All standard parameters are automatically read in one-click mode, simplifying the cumbersome

 

    process of parameter setting.


e. Double station test fixture design greatly improves production efficiency.

(3) Operation of tester

 

The loading and testing mode could be shifted by sliding the safety cover.

 

The testing panel starts testing once the safety cover being slid upon the working station.
